Tata Harrier EV Launched: Unmatched Performance, Luxury, Technology at ₹21.49 Lakh

In India, Tata Motors unveiled the Tata Harrier EV, their most cutting-edge electric SUV. The ex-showroom starting price has been set at ₹21.49 lakh. In addition to being Tata’s most expensive EV to date, the Harrier EV is the company’s first all-wheel drive (AWD) vehicle. Reservations will open on July 2, 2025.

The current facelifted Harrier served as the model for the Tata Harrier EV, however numerous modifications were made to give it an EV appearance. The front includes a redesigned bumper design and a closed grille. On the side are EV badging and 19-inch alloy wheels with aerodynamic optimization. The ‘Harrier.EV’ logo is the only addition to the rear. Four color options will be offered for the SUV, and a unique Stealth Edition has also been unveiled.

The interior has a feel of luxury

The Tata Harrier EV  inside features a dual-tone dashboard, a 10.25-inch digital driver display, a steering wheel with an illuminated emblem, and a 14.53-inch Samsung Neo QLED touchscreen. High-end options like a panoramic sunroof, Bose mode, heated front seats, a 10-speaker JBL system (with Dolby Atmos), and auto park assist are also available.

Powerful battery and strong range

There Tata Harrier EV are two battery options for the Harrier EV: 65kWh (RWD) and 75kWh (AWD). Two motors combined provide 313 horsepower and 504 Nm of torque in the AWD variant. This version takes only 6.3 seconds to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h. It can run up to 480–505 km in real life, and its MIDC range is up to 627 km.

Safety Features and ADAS Technology

Standard six airbags, Level 2 ADAS, a 360-degree camera, an integrated dashcam, and a blind spot monitor are among the features of the Tata Harrier EV . Off-roading is made more enjoyable by its segment-first features, such as Transparent Mode and Drift Mode.

Three versions of the Tata Harrier EV have been introduced: Adventure, Fearless, and Empowered. Only the Adventure version is currently available, and it costs ₹21.49 lakh. This SUV features Tata’s innovative TiDAL electric architecture, and the battery is covered by a lifetime warranty for all customers.
